About Us
Partnership2Gether (P2G) is a program of The Jewish Agency and The Jewish Federations of North America, promoting people-to-people relationships through cultural, social, medical, educational, and economic programs. The Western Galilee Partnership connects 17 U.S. communities of the US Central Area Consortium, Israel’s Western Galilee and Budapest, Hungary.
Our Partnership is made up of an inclusive and active network of people focused on the mutual exchange of ideas and programs with the goal of developing relationships to strengthen our global Jewish Identity. We are dedicated to connecting people and creating a meaningful difference for Jews in Israel, America, and Budapest. Through committees (Community Engagement, Education, Academia, Resource Development, Medical and Young Adults) community members become change agents and create stronger bonds between our communities.
שותפות ביחד גליל מערבי (P2G) הנה פלטפורמה של הסוכנות היהודית והפדרציות היהודיות של צפון אמריקה, שמחברת בין 17 קהילות יהודיות בארה"ב והונגריה לבין הקהילות של עכו ומטה אשר בישראל.
הקהילות משני עברי הים, מקדמות ביחד פרויקטים חינוכיים וחברתיים ומעמיקות את הקשרים בין יהודי התפוצות לבין ישראל.
שותפות ביחד פועלת להפיכת המושגים "ישראל" ו"המשפחה היהודית הגלובלית" ממושגים מופשטים למציאות מוחשית, חיה ומושכת, לפיתוח רגש משפחתי עמוק וטווית רשת של קשרים בתוך העולם היהודי. אנו בונים שיתופי פעולה הדדיים בין הקהילות, ומהווים מקור השראה באמצעות חשיפה למגוון העשיר של ביטויי החיים היהודיים בתפוצות, וסיוע ליהודים מעבר לים להבין טוב יותר את החיים במדינת ישראל כמדינה היהודית.
שותפות ביחד גליל מערבי בונה קשרים וחיבורים בין קהילות יהודיות בעולם ובישראל. קשרים אלו הם המנוע מאחורי מגוון של תכניות ייחודיות, מרגשות ולעתים קרובות גם פורצות דרך. התכניות מותאמות לגילאים מגוונים, תחומי תוכן שונים, וכוללות תכניות מנהיגות, תכניות לרישות מקצועי, הרחבת אופקים ועוד. תכניות אלו מחזקות את החיבור לישראל ותחושת העמיות היהודית תוך מתן הזדמנויות לשיתוף פעולה בתחומים שונים באמצעות הוועדות שלנו – חינוך, קהילה, רפואה, צעירים, אקדמיה, ועסקים.
