For the last five years Micah Soltz has been in charge of the day-to-day operations and sales for Chapman's Brewing Company which is located ~45 miles north of Fort Wayne, IN.  Chapman's began serving craft beer throughout Indiana in the Fall of 2012 and has grown into the area's second largest producer of craft beer.  Previous to joining Chapman's, he represented numerous wineries for Vanguard Wines LLC, a wholesaler and importer of fine wines throughout Central Ohio.  Micah holds a Master's Degree in Anthropology from California State University, Fullerton and an extensive background in the areas of anthropology, osteology, bioarchaeology, human nutrition and diet, human ecology and evolution.  He taught undergraduate courses at the Ohio State University and Columbus Community College in Physical Anthropology, Cultural Anthropology, Archaeology, Sociology and Cultural Conflict in the Developing World.
