Representatives Of The Columbus, Ohio Community From The United States, Arrived For A Moving Visit To Their Partners In Kfar Saba.
The representatives, Marsha Hurwitz and Jeff Coopersmith acting on behalf of the Columbus community visited Kfar Saba, their partnership area, on Tuesday, July 15.
The visit was part of a get acquainted tour for Jeff Coopersmith, who only recently assumed his new post as Columbus campaign chair. He got a firsthand look at the productive partnership programs with the Jewish Agency and met with the local director of the partnership, Shai Falber, and with other activists in the partnership.

In the course of their tour Jeff and Marsha awarded a check to the mayor of Kfar Saba in the name of the donors, the Zusman family and the Jewish Federation of Columbus. The donation is to be used for opening a new class for the Net@ program and to build a Net@ building to be named after Leonore and Larry Zusman.
The mayor was deeply moved by the receipt of this contribution.
While visiting the Net@ program, Marsha and Jeff received a certificate of commendation for the Federation in recognition of the vast assistance that it provides. The certificate was accompanied by photos of the daily activities for children studying at Net@.
